Skirting Guidelines for Tables and Stages
For round tables, the table size is multiplied by 3.1416 to calculate the circumference, then divided by 12 for total footage. For rectangular tables, the lengths of all sides to be covered are added together. For stages, the lengths of all sides to be covered are added together.

Coffee Makers
Coffee makers have built-in filters. Approximately 2 cups of grounds should be used for every 30 cups of coffee. One pound of coffee equals approximately 4.75 cups of ground coffee. At least 60 minutes is needed to brew 30-60 cups and 90 minutes to brew 100 cups. Cold water must be used to brew coffee.

Dance Floors
10 square feet of dance floor are recommended per couple. A dance floor should be large enough to accommodate one half of the guests.
